Have you considered breaking this out as a separate conference? Make it a 1-day event for a small group in the Pacific Northwest. I bet you could get enough people from Seattle, Vancouver, and Portland to make it worth your while. Moreover, the small group setting would allow for better information sharing, Q&amp;A, and networking. Keep it small and charge a lot to assure you have serious attendees.</description>
